Courting a Change in Communities on Wheels

In the summer of 2020, I found a positive outlet and purposeful adventure working with the Hoopbus crew, building, renovating, and connecting with communities through basketball, both beautifully deep and joyful. I began volunteering for installation, painting, and renovating this beast of a bus to its rebirth as a vehicle of change. In addition, I have been bouncing around as a wordsmith for their fundraiser, tag lines, grant proposals, creative copy for products, and some social media support. I love telling the story of their mission and driving force.

This beach lifestyle sunglass brand makes type and word copy a breeze. Writing to capture their story and dedication to customers, I wrote with enjoyable freedom to use puns and wit to describe the many lives in each pair of specs.
